Hi all my dear friends and watchers,

I know im walking far behind. Havend been on here for a while.
Just enjoying life.
Bought a new boat,and been on vacation for a long time.
Life hasnt been this good for me as it is now.
It will take a while before im able to get started on here again. Sooo many messengers.

What i always do when i have a new watcher, is go to her/his profile... so i did and went to her profile

 
and when i was there i came across an artwork made by her with a lot of artworks from fellow deviantart members. She used artworks instead of stock to make her own artwork.
And yes, also one of my works. She used my
I did send her a note...was thinking she was a new member, so told her she can only use stock images for her works. But you already can feel it coming...she ignored me.
She didnt replyed, nore removed her work with my work in it. So i asked her polite again to remove my work from her manipulation. But again....no answer. What to do now....?
I send a DMCA note to deviantart. And happy as i am....they removed her work.
But she does have the same work on her site aswell. www.janedewaard.nl/ Telling there in dutch(my language)how much time she spend on her manips while she uses other peoples artworks.

Again i asked her twice to remove my work....send her notes etc...she does not reply on anything. She has been here...readed my comments, notes etc. Still nothing.

Its wrong that people uses other peoples artworks to make there own. Respect copyrights.
And thats why i decided to make a journal about this.

Again an update....
Thanks to moonbeam13 i have my DD back.

The only thing is that i lost all my faves.
But atleast im very pleased moonbeam could fix my stuppid mistake.







 Hi all,

I did the most stuppid thing someone can do.
I decided to delete the print of my latest work"Twisted fairytale Alice"
Just woke up. Still sleepy and drinking my first coffee today, i delete the work itself. Not only the work, but with it the Daily Devision i had with my work.
I know now i wont do things like that while i am half asleep Learned something from my mistake.
Anyway thats the raison i upload it again.

Update: Just got a note from Moonbeam....She is trying hard to get my image back and fixing the DD. But asked me to remove the kopie of twisted fairytale Alice i have sub mitted today.
Ill keep my fingers crossed!

Hello my dear friends and watchers,

I have been away for so long..... Just comming here to let my dear friends and watchers know im doing well.
After so much trouble in my past, things have been going well for me lately. I did meet the most amazing man! And since 2 months we are living together.
I havend been this happy all my life. This for i havend been much on here.

I have been working on some works. I hope to upload some of them soon.
